Our team of four co-founders met and formed a team during the Phandeeyar Startup Challenge in May 2017. Since then, the team has grown from strength to strength. We find that by working as collaborators, acting around a principle of mode of learning that we by constantly Acting, Reflecting, Consulting and Studying together, in a spirit of learning, we grow. The co-founders are humble, and we support each other in a flat decision-making environment that is collaborative in nature. We apply cycles of activity to reach our goals.
Several months later, the team has grown into a cross-functional team structure. Work is project-based, where developers, designers, marketers, strategists, UI/UX specialists, supply chain specialists work together with small-holder farmers, machine brokers, machine dealers and rural stake-holders to solve problems and move the process forward.
